This week has passed by as fast as how Eunice changes her targets. :/ I can't even remember the many things which took place but I'll try.
So, my work finally ended on Thurs. Yes, I was working at Times. It was rather repetitive, and I figured that if I do not get Starbucks before work, I save a lot. So, I changed from Starbucks to orange juice and that made a big difference, because my house is apparently stocked up with a whole lot of bottles of orange juice. After working with 1064 ++ books, yes I counted, (to be exact, taking off their tags and retagging them), I'm pretty sick of books now. First day, we had to do the management and business section, and it's like, wtf. It's quite interesting to see how people actually do write stupid books. There were books on how to destroy your life, and there's actually a book on how Starbucks saved a life. Like, oh-kay. Last day, was finally fiction. So I did my work really slowly because if we finished early, we only get paid the hours we work. So, strategy was to read the back of the book while peeling off the tag, and sure did I find a few new books to target for. Oh yes, there was once we just had to arrange the books. I went to the sex section, while Weelyn and HC went to the pregnancy section. I didn't know that such books existed. There was one on like 365 days of sex. That person must then be a marathon runner, extremely power-ed stamina. HAHA.
So on thursday, Cindy, Weelyn and I went out instead of going home to rest before our work, because I was afraid if I went home to sleep, I wouldn't wake up, and Weelyn's apparently too lazy. Went to wherever, then went shopping, sort of. We tormented Cindy by going to Flash n Splash and letting her sit there, holding our bags and letting her people watch, given the fact that the people there were extremely weird. China people, Japanese tourists, Angmoh mad cow (seriously), and etc. Then HC told me it was free Starbucks day, so obviously we dashed towards SB. I still remember last year when it was the Free Starbucks Day, before that I was persuading the whole gang to follow me to Kino to get a mag with was it FOB or Jamie on it, and no one wanted to go, moreover giving all sorts of reasons, saying want to go home early whatever. And just as we were at the junction, we heard "Free Starbucks Drink" and everyone went there immediately. So tsking la. The outlet, at Orchard Park Hotel I think, was duper noisy, and Weelyn and I were hoping to catch some sleep, but obviously I couldn't. Weelyn did so, though. Cindy and I wanted to kill her tamagochi, but fortunately, it died of a natural death yesterday. Is it considered natural, cause Weelyn left it to starve? Hmmm. Had dinner at Pepper Lunch, and...guess who we saw! We saw...WenLong, aka, Robbie (or however it's spelt)! Lol! Oh man. Cindy noticed, and then it was hilarious. Oh wait. Before that, all 3 of us were walking along the streets of Orchard Road, and then...guess what happened! I was as usual, talking about the lightings and all, how we can take a picture blah blah blah, etc, and then Weelyn went "Hi!" and then I looked up, and I saw....SONA CHEW! EWWWWWW! HAHA. My first reaction was "Oh my God!" And then I hid behind Weelyn, and Sonia went "AUDREY!!!" and she attacked me just like any Transformer would have. It was baaaaadddd. Then I was like hiding. Then she stopped, and gave Weelyn then me a hug, and then...SHE ATTACKED ME AGAIN! This time, it was my hair. She totally tried to pull my hair, in the direction of how you would give someone a wedgie. Seriously. I had no idea what she was doing, and it was rather dark, I was too traumatised. HAHA. It was..."trauma to the extreme". :/
So, we had to meet up at CCPS before the performance and guess who was duper early, alongside with the Simeians? MRS CULLUM! Ah yes, and Farah was saying that when I'm early, everyone else is late, cause Weelyn, Eunice and Cindy were late. Best part is Eunice stays beside CCPS. Its just like how I stay near school and I'm always late. HA. Everyone was so predicting that I'll be late. HA.
The first performance in ages, yesterday, by the AB, was rather, a failure but we sounded not too bad, since we only had 3 pathetic practices. I hate nature performances. We only serve as background music. Seriously. There weren't even many people at that stupid tech-park or whatever shit. Sim would definitely make that her third home, I'm sure, placing after the roti prata shop as her second home, since her husband's indian. Anyway, the bus rides were hilarious. Games Galore. Especially the Where's the Peanut Game. I didn't know that our juniors were so, gu-dong, so deprived. Until now, they've yet to show us their 'down there'. Lol! Some comebacks were too awesome, that I almost choked on my food. It was funny how everyone was complaining that they were hungry, and then when we went up the bus, I told them, "Oh yeah, I have food in my bag!" They were all like TSK, now then say. And so, everyone was feasting on like one puff. So, beggar like. Haha.
Half the time, I was fooling around with the Djembe, and I started singing. We actually wanted to busk. Then Jo and Weelyn were like "Eh play a beat, then we like clap." They think I power like Mr Juraimi ah. WTH. So, I ended up singing, singing the Benny Lava and the thoompachaleh song, which the Indian Dance always uses. Then, we had this idea that whenever anyone passes by, I hit the Djembe duper loud, give them a shock. Target: Old Folks. Eunice la, so mean, encourage me somemore. HAHAHA. It was fucking hilarious. There was this old lady on the wheel chair, then they say, if I hit very loudly, later she get a shock, then she jump up, then she can walk already. Like, wtf. This is what happens when we get wet, and we become so brain dead.
Farah was being duper lame. We all realised that everyone (almost everyone) in band was wearing Converse, then they said something bout Jennifer's being fake Converse, and Farah said it was Converse-ation, as in Conversation. Like WTF, Farah. Then, the Djembe's skin was peeling and then she said, "Haiya so expensive, moisturizer only cost a few dollars, don't even want to put, obviously skin peel la!" OH MY GOODNESS. And the best part is she laughed hysterically while Eunice and I gave her the sweat drop look.
Then, had section outing, which was duper shibai, with only 4 people turning up, 1 pangsehed us, and then another came. HAHA. It was nonetheless, good company. We spent don't know how long sitting at the bus stop thinking of where to go, and everyone didn't wanna watch a movie cause it was a Friday, and so, I suggested going to Central, which was so...duperly boring. So much for being a 24 hours shopping centre. The place was like mostly made up of shops-in-the-making. And so, we spent half our time, watching kids trying to learn how to ice skate, and there was this girl who was trying to act pro, and Cindy found her so irritating she was cursing her to fall. If only Weelyn was there to make her fall. HAHA. And, so, I actually took a 7 minute video hoping to catch her falling, and she did. Cindy laughed duper loudly, that I was afraid later the mother come, and whack her la. So, Cindy, Sandra and Josephine, had this brilliant idea of having the next section outing to be Ice Skating. Then I gave Cindy the NOOOO! look, and she was like "But it's the same as roller blading what, OH!, I forgot somebody don't know how to roller blade." So, they're apparently gonna teach me, and I'm gonna look like a fool. :(
I was supposed to meet HC to go watch the Violin Competition this morning, but, guessed who overslept. And I sort of pangsehed her. I feel so mean. :/ I slept for....16 hours. HAHA. It was definitely a duper good rest. Haha.
1 more sleepover to come this week. Jenni's leaving for Germ-Land tmr, and Anne's leaving on 13th for Philipines. I'm leaving for Sentosa on 29th. HAHA. Power. Don't worry, I'll bring back sand for everyone!
