Birthday Bashes, Failed Surprises and Bad Habits
Too Busy to be true, with so many darn things taking place, life has been too awesome. But I do get to still stone in bus rides, and to be honest, I hate stoning. Because, when you stone, you think of many things, and when you think of things/life, I would usually think of...
Ok, so moving on. What have I been up to...
Ethel's Superbly PINK Sweet Sixteen cum Slumber PartyIt was incredibly Pink I have to admit, and I cannot agree any much further with
Weelyn's post. It pretty much summarises up everything. I am very sure I had one hell of an awesome time. Made a total fool out of ourselves, and yet enjoyed every single minute to the fullest. Ethel, hoped you had a blast, and love our present, oh yes, and me as well, as your present! HAHA. And thanks a million for the fabulous time spent. The slumber party was totally very slumberish. Maxine did my nails, which we played Pictionary, and that was when Weelyn asked me if Goofy is a name or an animal. For those who have their IQ to be of her standard, Goofy is a dog. Pranked call our dearest beloved Cindy to wish her Happy Birthday and she was rather surprised I suppose. And watched only 2 movies out of the million we picked out, that'd be HOMERUN (I wonder why...), and Bend It Like Beckham. Oh goodness. And both movies were quite long. HA. I was duper tired. It's the first sleepover, we all slept like at the same time or sort of. I think Ethel's brother is adorable! He willingly took a picture with me. I bet I had that natural charm la. HAHAHA. :D
Cindy's Birthday CelebrationWent to Bugis with Weelyn after Ethel's Party to go celebrate Cindy's Birthday at Billy Bombers. I was paying for her BARNEY balloon when she kind of caught us red handed, total shibai. :/ Our birthday surprises are seriously getting from bad to worse. Then, the brownie from Billy Bombers which was also supposed to be a surprise, totally failed as well. Piang. But, Cindy I hoped you enjoyed the dinner! :D
Both were filled with too much laughter that I think I've increased my life expectancy by twice it had been. HA.
So Friday, Weelyn and I were planning on going job hunting, sort of. We were supposed to meet at 1230, but we ended up meeting at 2 plus, or is it 3? Oh. Wait. It's 330pm. Lol! I foolishly bought myself a LARGE, mega humongous Caramel Hot Choc from SB, and I had to force myself to not waste money while we called up a gazillion places, and cracked our brains to decide which job offers to take. I have to say, it actually can be quite fun. :) Proceeded on to Clarissa's house for Christmas dinner, which was YUM! and watched my bangala friend perform in Asian Idol, and then joined in with the Christmas Carolling! Oh, how Christmassy! :D I totally loveee the quality time spent with such company, especially when we sit down together, put junk into our mouth and watch teeeveeee!
We were using the computer halfway, and we were all REED-ing someone's blog when...I realised, that I was reading very slooooowly, as compared to the others. And I was pretty much wondering why I was reading THAT slowly. So, when I got hold of the mouse, I kind of starting highlighting all the words and started reading at a much faster pace. And that was when I realised...that...I have this really bad habit of highlighting, constantly highlighting, constantly playing with the words and highlighting them when I read. It's pretty irritating when you seeme do that, as Eunice claimed. I don't know how to correct this. :/
While the rest were doing manicure and all, Cindy, Jo and I were playing a fool looking at gay and lesbian websites, (not literally), and we were experimenting with the Love Calculator shit. Oh my, I think we're so deprived. We were being so duper amused, when we entered a couple's name and it appeared as 99% compatible, we couldn't stop laughing.
All in all, I really enjoyed myself with all the friends I've wisely chose to spend my time with, and all the fun and laughter gone into all the activities done, I must say that I think life has been quite productive. :)
I kind of heard plans, that I might be migrating...
