Third post in less than 12 hours.
I can't believe I told Monica and Josephine good luck when I heard that the Junior Band is going to have an exchange with the band from Alaska. I said..."Good luck, you will have a hard time understanding them." What a fool I was. Let me enlighten some others who were in the same boat as me once again.
Alaska, is a state of the United States of America. Alaska is located in the extreme northwest portion of North America. It is by far the largest U.S. state in area, but one of the least populated. It is also one of the wealthiest and racially diverse states.
Purchased from Russia on April 16, 1867, Alaska became the 49th US state on January 3, 1959. The name "Alaska" is most likely derived from the Aleut Alyeska, meaning "great country", "mainland" or "great land."
Alaska is one of the two U.S. states not bordered by another state, Hawaii being the other. It is the only non-contiguous state in North America; about 500 miles (800 km) of Canadian territory separate Alaska from Washington. Alaska is thus an exclave of the United States that is part of the continental U.S. but is not part of the contiguous U.S. (The other two exclaves of the United States are the Northwest Angle of Minnesota, and Point Roberts, Washington.) Alaska is also the only mainland state whose capital city is accessible only via ship or air.

Alright, that's about what you all need to know about Alaska. The rest is just too detailed. Anyway, goodness to think that some of us thought that Alaska was in North Pole and one thought it was near Mexico (around there). Gracious me. Haha.
And to think I cracked a super duperly lame joke or rather, "joke", being...
Me: Where is Alaska ah?
Cindy: How'd I know?
Me: Is it in North Pole?
Cindy: Maybe.
Me: Then, if that's the case, the band people from there, will always be flat.
Haha. I was rather high and my mind wasn't in the right state of mind.
We're fools. But honestly, "Alaska" sounds like a North Pole place. Haha. I told the section, "I'm going to go to Hawaii next year, asking the people, Do you know where Singapore is?, and they're going to reply me, China." Haha.
Its 4.43am. I don't feel like sleeping, for fear I can't get up for band later. Ah, heck. I shall just sleep now. Goodnight arses. :)
